Learning outcomes
Understand the essence of traditional Chinese health exercises: therefore, the exercises explained the basics of the theory and some very traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Learn basic forms of Chen Tai Chi Chuan and Qi gong. Qi gong (chi kung read) means energy work. When practicing tai it is used as a warm-up, followed by a report (13 forms, 74 forms, etc.). Qi Gong is practiced also separately and consists of individual molds (e.g., compression, scooping, etc.) and winding silk fiber.
