The subject is focused on practical education. Students will train sports massage grips, specified massaging sequences for treating sportsmen during their sports training, they will know the effect of sports massage, it's indication and contraindication. They will know the types of massaging tools and their effects. The aim of the subject is to train practical skills and how to apply them.
Subject Knowledge: Students can describe basic massage grips and sequences and differ between them, and they can explain the effects of a massage on a man. Subject Skills: Students can perform a sports massage on a client, show and explain automassage process to the client.
