|
The subject is focused on practical training. Students will train the basic massage touches of sports massage, individual massage sets for the treatment of sportsmen at the stage of sports training, and students will get familiar with the effects of sports massage and their indication and contraindication. Students will know individual types of massage aids and their effects. The aim of the subject is to gain practical skills and knowledge of their application.
Subject Knowledge: Students can describe the basic massage touches and massage sets, and are able to distinguish between them. Students can explain the effect of the massage on a man. Subject Skills : Students can practically perform a sport massage for a client, they can demonstrate and explain the automassage to a client.
