Course content
1. Physiotherapy in the indication area of traumatology: Kinesiological analysis in traumatological diagnoses Physiotherapeutic interventions in traumatological diagnoses during hospitalization (CG, DG, movement training, exercise in ICE, use of devices - TheraBand, overball, use of PNF, ACT, etc.) 2. Physiotherapy in the orthopedics indication area: Kinesiological analysis Physiotherapy in selected patient, regime measures 3. Physiotherapy in the indication area of neurology: Neurological examination by CNS physiotherapist) Physiotherapeutic procedures in CNS therapy - Bobath concept 4. Physiotherapy in the indication area of neurology: Evaluation of neuromotor development of a child Vojta's method of reflex locomotion 5. Physiotherapy in out-patient practice: Kinesiological analysis of a client with vertebrogenic problems Differential diagnostics, viscero-vertebral, vertebro-visceral relations Primary and secondary causes Principle of physiotherapy process (therapy - verification of effect, continuation or modification of therapeutic process) and sequence of therapeutic techniques Possibilities of using various techniques and concepts 6. Pelvic floor dysfunction and incontinence Function and functional pathology of the pelvis Specific tests for pelvic complex Anatomy, function and dysfunction of pelvic floor PD dysfunction and urinary incontinence - etiology, clinical manifestations, risk factors, diagnostics Therapy - conservative, operative, aids

Learning outcomes
Completion of professional continuous practice VI enables students to acquire practical skills and general competence in the field of physiotherapy. The teaching process takes place at specialized workplaces of medical facilities, including specialized facilities. It leads students to work independently on a quality professional level. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to acquire the ability to apply used physiotherapeutic methods, procedures and concepts on a neurophysiological basis in individual indication areas, examination of locomotor and internal systems, knowledge of principles of therapeutic procedures in the implementation of a comprehensive rehabilitation program. Students complete professional continuous practice at departments of medical facilities (surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, pediatric department, rehabilitation department, neurology, neurosurgery, outpatient departments) on the basis of a concluded contractual relationship between FZS UJEP with selected medical facility under direct guidance of AP FZS and practice.
Expertise: The student is able to describe the problems of the whole spectrum of clinical disciplines in which available physiotherapeutic procedures, methods and concepts can be applied. Professional skills: The student is able to demonstrate the acquisition of professional skills in outpatient and hospital and clinical care. Participation in the creation of an individual physiotherapy program in cooperation with a physician. They are oriented in practical provision of physiotherapeutic intervention in hospital and outpatient service.
