Course content
1. Physiotherapy in the indication area of rheumatology Kinesiological analysis of a client with rheumatological diagnosis (M. Bechterev, rheumatoid arthritis, arthrosis of the joints of the lower extremities). Physiotherapy in the above diagnoses in the period of spa care: soft tissue techniques, joint will examination, mobilization, exercise in UKŘ, OKŘ, PNF, use of thera-band within the concept of Brügger, use of overball, physioball. 2. Physiotherapy in the indication area of neurology Neurological examination by physiotherapist (peripheral paresis, CNS disease). Physiotherapeutic procedures in therapy of peripheral paresis, CNS diseases. 3. Physiotherapy in internal medicine Internal examination by physiotherapist Physiotherapy in patients with CHD, after MI, respiratory physiotherapy 4. Use of robotic rehabilitation, demonstration of a selected client in a rehabilitation center Robotic rehabilitation - possibilities of examination, therapy Kinesiological analysis Physiotherapy in selected patient - use of PNF Patient documentation - system of health insurance companies

Learning outcomes
The course provides students with extended professional skills from practical physiotherapy. It is taught at specialized specialized workplaces of medical facilities, including spa facilities. It leads students to work independently on a quality professional level. The aim of the course is to acquire the ability to apply physiotherapeutic methods, procedures and concepts on neurophysiological basis in the indication areas of internal medicine, rheumatology, neurology, oncology, including procedures for locomotive system examination, internal systems and kinesiology analysis. Students complete professional continuous practice at departments of health care institutions (internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, pediatric ward, rehabilitation department, spa facilities) on the basis of a concluded contractual relationship between FNS UJEP and selected medical facility under direct guidance of AP FZS and mentors.
Expertise: Student demonstrates broad knowledge of physiotherapeutic procedures in the area of internal medicine, rheumatology, oncology, geriatrics. It demonstrates broad knowledge of the nature of the implementation of the short-term and long-term plan in the indicated areas of indication. Professional skills: Student is able to use the basic principles of the PNF concept - 1st and 2nd diagonal at HK in the framework of professional continuous practice, they can perform basic examination and therapeutic procedure according to the method of L. Mojžíšová in the real environment of a medical facility. General eligibility: The student is able to actively use physiotherapeutic procedures and concepts in individual indication areas, knows the regime measures, is able to propose short and long term physiotherapy program, is well informed in the problems of prevention and use of modern physiotherapeutic means

Credits: written elaboration of kinesiological analysis according to the assignment of the teacher and determination of the program of physiotherapy - requirements for elaboration of the protocol stated on the personal pages of the AP. 100% participation in Professional Continuous Practice IV. (submitting the Student's Practical Journal in accordance with the FZS schedule and checking the AP, which is in charge of organizational support - Mgr. Lhotská)
