Learning outcomes
The course provides students with basic skills from practical physiotherapy. It is taught at specialized workplaces of medical facilities, including spa facilities. It leads students to work independently on a quality professional level. The aim of the course is to acquire the ability to apply basic physiotherapeutic methods and procedures in the indication areas of surgery, traumatology, internal medicine, orthopedics, balneology including basic procedures of locomotor and internal systems examination. Students complete Professional continuous practice (KFE / SPF15) under the direct guidance of academic staff of the Department of Physiotherapy and Mentors of professional practice at the departments of Masarykova nemocnice in Ústí nad Labem, Nemocnice Teplice, Nemocnice Děčín, Lázně Teplice v Čechách, Vojenská lázeňská léčebna.
Expertise: The student is able to apply basic procedures of hydrotherapy, touches of classical massage, is well informed in the documentation of spa facilities. Professional skills: The student can take a medical history, implement basic procedures in re-education of postural functions, is able to apply passive movement, fitness exercises. He is well informed in the documentation of medical facilities - internal, surgical, orthopedic, traumatological, rehabilitation department, aftercare department, spa care facilities. General eligibility: The student is able to use the acquired professional skills in the practice of medical facilities - in basic departments of the hospital, in spas.

Credit: 100% attendance at Professional Continuous Practice I. Submission of a written protocol from practice (taking anamnesis according to a model). Handing in the Student Practice Diary in accordance with the FZS schedule and checking the AP, which is in charge of organizational support - Mgr. Bredlová
