Course content
Lecture Topics: 1. Introduction to kineziotherapy methods (explanation of basic concepts: PIR, PFS, RI). 2. Techniques for soft tissues (skin examination and treatment, a subcutaneous tissue, fascia). 3. Propriceptive neuromuscular facilitation. 4. The concept of buckling exercises according to R. Brunkow / Acral co-active therapy. 5. Senso-motor stimulation. 6. Brügger's concept. 7. Klapp's climbing. 8. SMS pulling according to MUDr. Smíšek. 9. Repetition. Seminar Topics: 1. Examination and treatment of soft tissue (skin, a subcutaneous tissue, fascia). 2. Examination and treatment of soft tissue (PIR trunk muscles and LL). 3. Examination and treatment of soft tissues (muscles UL PIR). 4. Traction. 5. Examination and mobilization of a pelvis. 6. Examination and mobilization of peripheral joints, LL joints. 7. Examination and mobilization of peripheral joints, UL joints.

Learning outcomes
The subject follows the information gained in the subjects of Physiotherapy and it provides the knowledge of modern movement therapy methods. Students will study in a theoretically -practical form these methods and their use in a professional expertise. The aim is to gain theoretical background and practical skill which are the part of the physiotherapeutic procedures.
Subject Knowledge: Student can explain principles and procedures of the examination and therapy mentioned above and justify the choice of their use in practise. Subject Skills: Student can perform examination and mobilization of peripheral joints of UL and LL, and can choose their application in clinical practice.
