The subject is a part of a complex of basic study prerequisites and its content is linked to the knowledge gained in anatomy. The aim of the course is to understand the basic physiological processes of individual organ systems, to understand the basic management systems. Emphasis is placed on physiology of the musculoskeletal system.
Expertise: The student is able to describe basic physiological processes in the human organism, including mutual interactions, is able to put into the basic context the structure of the human body with individual physiological processes. Professional skills: The student is able to clinically recognize deviations from the physiological state, can apply in practice the knowledge of physiological adaptation, especially during physical exercise or pregnancy. General eligibility: The student is able to understand the pathophysiology of individual conditions on the basis of the acquired knowledge and to use the knowledge in the study of clinical subjects.
