Course content
Lecture topics: 1st consultation: Physiotherapy - traumatology in the area of the girdle of the upper limb, pelvic girdle, lower limb and spine. 2nd consultation: Developmental defects of the hip joint - VDK, Mb. Perthes, coxa vara adolescentia, painful shoulder syndrome. 3. consultation: Physiotherapy in the indicated area of neurology (DMO, CMP, MS, extrapyramidal syndromes, transverse spinal cord lesions) Exercise topics: 4th consultation: PNF - 2nd diagonal HK. 5th consultation: PNF - DK, pelvis, strengthening and relaxation techniques 6th consultation: Acral coactivation therapy. 7th consultation - BPP according to Jarmila Čápová - basic principle, shoulder joint centering, basic therapeutic positions. 8th consultation - DNS - basic principle, testing of HSS stabilization function Self-study: Defects of the spine - dorsum planum, M. Scheuerman, scoliosis. Congenital and acquired foot and toe defects. Enthesopathy. Therapy of functional female sterility according to Mojžíšová.

Learning outcomes
It is the subject of the profiling basis of the study program of physiotherapy, conceived as theoretical and practical. It acquaints students with the pathogenesis of functional disorders of the locomotor system, methods used in rehabilitation and physiotherapeutic procedures in individual clinical disciplines. Students will apply this knowledge in practice. The aim of the course is to apply the knowledge of individual procedures and methodologies in individual clinical disciplines, to realize the peculiarities and uniqueness of these procedures and to apply the right choice of physiotherapeutic procedure according to the clinical disease.
Expertise: Student is able to describe the physiological mechanisms applied in physiotherapy. He can explain the nature and time sequence in the individual phases of the physiotherapeutic process in the indication area of traumatology and orthopedics. Professional skills: Student is able to realize short-term and long-term plan in the indicated areas, can investigate and treat disorders of the locomotor system using basic elements of the PNF concept and mobilization techniques of individual spine sections. Student is able to describe and explain the principles of DNS, is able to apply the practical basics of these methodologies. Can practically use specific tests in the upper and lower limbs, can recommend to the client autotherapy.
