Electronic Elements and Sensors in Medicine - passive electronic devices (resistors, capacitors, inductors), strain related sensors (force, pressure, vibration, displacement, acceleration etc.), temperature sensors, chemical sensors, A/D converter and amplifier in medicin; Medical Devices and Equipments (Diagnostic Devices) - Electrocardiographs, electromyographs and electroencephalographs, pulse oximetry, invasive and noninvasive tonometer, Holter monitoring (ECG, BP), Doppler systems; Medical Devices and Equipments (Therapeutical Devices) - Electro surgery units, therapeutic ultrasound, electro-therapy, magneto-therapy, artificial cardiac pacemaker. defibrillators (external, implantable); Imaging Systems - Electromagnetic radiation, Optical imaging systems (videoendoscopy and capsule imaging), X-ray imaging systems (RTG, CT), Nuclear medical imaging systems, Positron emission tomography (PET) and Single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), Ultrasound medical imaging systems, Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); Ionizing Radiation - basic types of ionizing radiation sources of ionizing radiation, interactions of Ionizing radiation with matter, dosimetry and radiation protection, Detectors of Ionizing Radiation.
