Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basics of downhill and cross-country skiing. Emphasis will be placed on the teaching of the Czech ski school - stepping and snowing technique for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing lessons for classic and skating style. The aim of the training is to be able to apply individual skiing skills to the training of handicapped skiers.
Expertise: The student is able to describe and explain the specifics of downhill skiing for handicapped people. Professional skills: The student is able to apply the acquired knowledge in downhill skiing for handicapped people - ride on monoski, he / she can manage the role of the skier during skiing of people with visual and hearing impairment. |
