Course content

Lecture topics: 1st consultation: Introduction to the subject, patient history. Exercise topics: 1st consultation: Palpation of anthropometric points on the body. Passive movement of the upper and lower limbs. 2nd consultation: Active movement. Fitness Training. 3. consultation: Positioning. 4. consultation: Reeducation of postural functions, verticalization of the patient. Self-study: Breath gymnastics.

Learning outcomes
|
The subject is designed as theoretical - practical. The goal is to acquire knowledge and skills in the investigation of the motor system and internal systems. The knowledge acquired in the teaching of this subject is a prerequisite for successfully mastering treatment procedures, which are the basis for studying other occupational therapy subjects.
Expertise: The student understands basic physiotherapy terminology, can take an anamnesis, defines active and passive movement. Professional skills: The student can lead conditioning exercises according to individual indication areas, can use aids for positioning and re-education of postural functions, is able to perform basic breathing gymnastics procedures. General qualifications: The student is able to practically use fitness exercises, aids for positioning and re-education of postural functions, is able to apply the basic procedures of respiratory gymnastics.
