Course content
1. week - guided practice at selected faculties (introduction to various types of workplaces) Weeks 2 - 4 - practice at a student's chosen workplace (communication with patients, orientation in multidisciplinary team, taking a medical history, engaging in client examinations, and conducting therapy under direct guidance expert).

Learning outcomes
The course provides students with practical ergotherapy skills. It is taught at specialized health care facilities, including specialized facilities. It leads students to independent work on a high-quality professional level. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to acquire the ability to apply ergotherapy in basic indication areas, to know the principles of therapeutic procedures in fulfilling the complex ergotherapeutic plan.
Expertise: Students will deepen their knowledge gained in professional subjects of the field of study. Professional skills: The student is able to specify individual indication areas, names and describes the diagnosis of individual indication areas, actively uses ergotherapeutic procedures. Competences: The student is able to take anamnesis, make basic occupational therapies under the direct guidance of an authorized practitioner, is familiar with the diagnoses typical for the given type of workplace.

Credit: 100% attendance at Professional Continuous Practice I. Written processing of kinesiological analysis according to the teacher's assignment.
