Course content
Lecture topics: 1.week: Introduction to subject, terms 2.week: Amputation of upper limbs 3.week: Amputation of lower limbs 4.week: Prosthodontics of upper limbs 5.week Prosthodontics of lower limbs 6.-7.week: Ortotics, calceotics, adjuvatics Seminar topics: 1.-2.week: Practical use of ergotherapy, short term attachement at protetic department 3.-4.week: Short term attachement at orthotic and calceotic departments 5.-6.week: Adjuvatic, movement with invalid chair in interior, exterior and terrain 7.week: Ortotics, Manipulation with orthosis

Learning outcomes
The subject gives specialised knowledge of prosthetics so student would be able to understand the complexity of diagnostics and treatment possibilities. It is focused on prosthetics of extremities, orthotics, calceotics and adjuvatics. The information is used in professional practice.
Subject gives students professional knowledges and informations of protetics in the way the students understand complexity of diagnostics and therapeutical possibilities. It is orietated to limbs protetic, to orthotic, calceotic and adjuvac. Students use the informations in practical training.
