Course content
Lecture Topics: Children's cardiovascular system Hemodynamic manifestations. Examination processes by means of imagining methods and result application Seminar Topics: Signs of heart failure. Imagining methods and their assistance for diagnostic procedures 1. consultation: The application of diagnostic results gained by means of imagining methods for treatment procedures among children. Self-Study: Radiologic anatomy of cardiovascular system. Radiologic anatomy of musculoskeletal system.

Learning outcomes
Subject is focused on basic characteristics of children's illnesses which require physiotherapeutic intervention. Each desease and disorder is supported with a clinical picture, indication and contraindication of physiotherapy. Students gain a broader foundation for skills and knowledge which they can use in practice.
Subject Knowledge: Students can describe procedure when determining disorders of the function of cardiovascular system. Students apply the results gained while applying diagnostic imagining methods. Professional Skills: After completing the course the student can see the signs presented by a child signalling about the possibility of a heart failure and solve it by calling the appropriate medical help. He uses the results of diagnostic imagining methods in his work procedures.
