The subject develops the skills gained during continuous professional training III. It is taught at professional workplaces of medical institutions including specialized institutions. It guides students towards independent work at a professional level. The goal of the subject is to gain knowledge of applied occupational therapy procedures in basic indicative areas of rheumatology, orthopaedics, neurology, psychiatry, knowledge of principles of medical procedures when following complex occupational therapy program.

Subject Knowledge: The student deepens his knowledge and practical skills gained in professional subjects of the study program. He is taught how to respect and tolerate unusualness of some clients and to follow the codes of ethics of an occupational therapist. Professional Skills: The student can specify individual indication areas, name and describe the diagnosis of individual indication areas. He can apply occupational therapy concepts and procedures. |
