Course content
The subject follows the knowledge gained in continuous professional training II. It is taught at professional workplaces of medical institutions including specialized institutions. It guides students towards independent work at a professional level. The goal of the subject is to gain knowledge of applied occupational therapy procedures in basic indicative areas of internal medicine and geriatrics, surgery and traumatology, combined disability as well as to gain the knowledge of principles of medical procedures when following complex occupational therapy program.

The subject follows the knowledge gained in continuous professional training II. It is taught at professional workplaces of medical institutions including specialized institutions. It guides students towards independent work at a professional level. Subject Knowledge: A student deepens his knowledge and practical skills gained in professional subjects of the study program. He will be taught to respect and tolerate unusualness of some clients and to follow the code of ethics of an occupational therapist. Professional Skills: A student can specify individual indication areas and name and describe diagnosis of individual indication areas. He can apply occupational therapy concepts and procedures.
