The subject includes teaching a foreign language with a focus on professional language in the field of healthcare. The goal is mastery of work, reading, understanding of a foreign language professional text, being able to navigate the domestic and foreign professional media offer and being able to communicate in a foreign language professional environment.
Subject Knowledge: Students can describe a human body and they are aware of the issues regarding giving first aid, healthy lifestyle and they can describe therapeutical activities in hospital. Professional Skills: Students are able to communicate in German with a medical team and can describe first aid procedures as well as describe the surgery department. They can communicate with patients in a spa setting. |
