The content of the course is to familiarize the students both practically and theoretically with the basics of hiking and cycling by means of the course organized in nature.
Subject Knowledge: Students will practise how to work with a map, activities in the sports hall, nature and camping skills. They will get familiar with basic methodical procedures while doing sports in nature, cycling skills, paddling issues of disabled people. Professional Skills: Student is able to perform cycling and padding skills not only for healthy but also for disabled individuals. |
