Learning outcomes
The content of the course is an individual practical activity of students in health care facilities, social and rehabilitation institutions under methodical guidance of an ergotherapist. The aim of individual professional continuous practice is to provide professional practical preparation for the occupation in the operating conditions. Individual professional continuous practice is made by students at their workplaces with whom they have an employment relationship, but also in other health and social facilities, in accordance with the graduate profile. In the course of practice students keep a Log Book.
Expertise: Students will deepen their professional knowledge acquired in professional courses of the study program. Professional skills: The student is able to specify individual indication areas, enumerates and describes the diagnosis of individual indication areas, actively uses ergotherapeutic procedures and concepts. Competences: The student is able to practically specify individual indication areas, enumerates and describes the diagnosis of individual indication areas, actively uses ergotherapeutic procedures and concepts.

Assessment methods and criteria

Credit: 100% attendance at Individual Professional Continuous Practice I, written elaboration of ergotherapeutic examination according to AP and determination of ergotherapy program. Keeping records in Log book and evaluation from the head of the relevant workplace in the Journal of Professional Continuous Work.
