Blood physiology and immune system physiology. 5. The physiology of respiratory system. 6. The physiology of circulatory system. 7. The physiology of digestive system. 8. The physiology of urinary system. 9. The physiology of reproductive system. 10. Nutrition physiology. 11. Revision. Seminar Topics: 1. Physiology of physical activity. 2. Physiology of physical activity. 3. Blood. 4. Group antigens. 5. Lungs vital capacity. 6. Lung sizes, static, dynamic. 7. The adaptation of breathing to changed conditions. 8. The monitoring of outside manifestation of heart function. 9. Transformation of substances and energy. 10. Energy balance as set by daily energy consumption. 11. Revision.

Learning outcomes
The subject is the part of a complex of basic study predispositions and the content of the course follows the knowledge gained during anatomy classes. The goal of the subject is to understand basic physiological functions of a human organism (cell physiology and individual body organs, basic physiological manifestation of an organism, the physiology of stress reaction when feeling threatened, feeling fear and anxiety, the emphasis is put on physiology of locomotive system).
Subject Knowledge: Students can describe basic physiological processes in a human organism including mutual interactions and are able to understand the basic principles regarding a structure of a human body including genome with physiological processes. Furthermore, they can name basic differences compating with the physiology of other animal species. Professional Skills: Students can clinically identify the deviations of a physiological state and they can practically apply the knowledge concerning physiological adaptation particularly during physical activity or gravidity.
