Course content
Lecture Topics: 1. The system of occupational diagnostic assessment of the patient used by a rehabilitation team. 2. Model activities. 3. Occupational diagnostic tests and their application. 4. Team work rehabilitation, legislative basics. 5. Possibility of employment depending on the type of disability. 6. Supported employment, sheltered workshops. 7. Abilympics. Relation to occupational therapy. Seminar Topics: 1. Student's participation in occupational diagnostic assessment. 2. Student's participation in occupational diagnostic assessment. 3. Patient's case study: before release suggestions for employment. 4. Patient's case study: before release suggestions for employment. 5. Work at sheltered workshops. 6. Work at sheltered workshops. 7. Finding out about predispositions for employment using a job centre.

Learning outcomes
The subject is structured as theoretically-practical and follows the program subject of occupational therapy. It presents the program of occupational diagnostic assessment with the aim to determine preconditions for clients' employment. It describes the system of work rehabilitation coordinated by job centres and possibilities of getting a job at sheltered workshops or within the frame of supported employment.
Subject Knowledge: Student can describe the program of occupational diagnostics and the issues of integration of people with health disability. Professional Skills: Student is able to suggest and use model activities and inform the client about the employment procedure.

Proposal of a model activity for occupational diagnostic assessment, a written test in the middle of the semester. Finding and describing of the work place which employs people with disabilities from the local area where they live.
