Seminar Topics: 1. Consultation: Basal stimulation application in geriatrics, reminiscence therapy in geriatrics, psychomotor therapy in geriatrics, dementia in pictures, geriatric movement experience simulation. 2. Consultation: music therapy and art therapy for geriatric clients, dancing therapy for dementia, revision.

Learning outcomes
|
The course is designed as theoretical and practical discipline. Its aim is to provide students with the information about the activities and their application during the treatment of geriatric clients particularly in the field of cognitive function reduction by using alternative rehabilitation methods.
Students are introduced to the theoretical foundations of ergotherapy, especially with general disease symptoms and activating activities in geriatrics. It emphasizes the importance of prevention. The aim is to provide students with theoretical and practical basics covering the application of these activities among geriatric clients.
