Course content
1. Graphics, its origin and basic developmental changes. 2.-3. Transformation of printing technologies. 4. Drawing and printing basis of graphic media: Creative use of graphic techniques and materials in the process of author's printing. 5. Art etudes and experimentation in graphic techniques. 6.-9. Realization of a practical project: graphic sheet. 10. Realization of a practical project: graphic art in public space. (alternative medium postcard, sticker, label, leaflet, etc.). 11. Presentation of semester work.

Learning outcomes
Art techniques / Graphics The course acquaints students with the issues of modern graphics, while developing knowledge of the expressive possibilities and specifics of graphic techniques of printing from height, depth and surface. It acquaints practically and theoretically with the means of expression of basic graphic techniques.
The gained capabilities constitute an encompassment and an aquirement of knowledge and experience in the given field of study, they result from a concrete annotation of the subject and are aimed at a profile´s fulfilment of the graduate of the given field of study.
