Master's degree course takes up the basic Bachelor's degree course. Independent and creative approach of students is required. The students select their themes themselves; however, it must be an integral project, working out of which must continue throughout the 1st and 2nd, and the 3rd and 4th semesters. In the project, professional approach is required - selection of the theme, mapping the situation, updating according to the development in the sphere, cooperation with experts in the given issues and with other involved professionals (architects, photographers, etc.), where coordination and organizational approach of the graphic designer is necessary. Another step is managing a contact with the potential client, offering the project, and convincing arguments.
After completing the first semester of the Master's programme at the Graphic Design I Studio, the student can approach a chosen or assigned semestral task independently. They can perform a detailed research for the assignment, and is able to develop the task, both ideologically, and technically. They master work in graphic programs necessary for managing the task technically. They are able to look up current information in software programmes corresponding with their specialization and familiarize with it (web development, creating fonts, 3D graphics, etc.). The student can consult their work and following recommendation, they are able to decide for the right solution, and to defend their work.
