Learning outcomes
This course is based on purely individual approach and comes out of individual students' needs, in accordance with their focus on a particular theme of their diploma work. During the two semesters, the student consults the practical part of his/her diploma work, as well as its written defence, and starting from the initial seminars, in which the basic principles of creating a diploma work are defined, they realize their themes step by step up to the resulting stage to be presented as part of the final state examinations. Besides consulting realization of the diploma work itself and the written defence of the bachelor's work, the student is recommended professional literature, as well as names of theoreticians, curators or designers and artists who might give him/her further inspiring consultations, study material, and information on the theme.
- the student is able to professionally analyze the theme of the diploma thesis they have chosen - based on this analysis, they are able to suggest various options of how to solve the given topic both technologically and in terms of the work concept - they can assess which solution of these various options is the most suitable and feasible - they are able to start and conduct realization of the work to the phase of development - they can reason accurately why the given solution and procedure have been chosen - they can choose adequate professional literature to draw from, and is able to work with the literature - they are able to prepare the structure of the theoretical part of the thesis and to develop at least a half of the text - they can determine an exact time schedule to accomplish the tasks
