Learning outcomes
|
The course develops project-oriented thinking and introduces students to the fundamentals of project planning, organization, management, and evaluation. The aim is to provide students with basic knowledge and skills in project management and preparation specific to cultural and creative industries. Students will learn about aspects of financial management, including budgeting, creating different budget versions, and identifying risks associated with the financial sustainability of projects. Through case studies, students will gain a deeper understanding of project management processes.
The acquired competencies represent the mastery and application of knowledge in the given field, based on the specific course description and aimed at fulfilling the graduate profile.
