Course content
1. Introduction - General Definition and Theoretical and Practical Framework of Moving Images; A theoretical lecture focusing on forms and processing of moving images, including film, experimental film, video art, documentary, and online video production, explained through selected concrete examples. 2.-4. Basics of Video Production; A practical seminar focusing on basic camera work and scene preparation. Through practical demonstrations (both lecture-based and hands-on), students will gain insight into the environment of video production. 5.-7. Live Video Production; A practical seminar in a video studio equipped for live video production and post-production. 8.-9. Digitization of Motion; A theoretical-practical seminar focusing on Motion Capture technologies. 10.-12. Video Post-Production; Practical exercises introducing students to the basics of video post-production.

Learning outcomes
The course focuses on the production and post-production of moving images in the video studio (a workshop facility of the faculty). Students will learn to navigate the processes involved in creating moving images and expand their skills with static images. Graduates of the course will gain a basic understanding of creating and subsequently processing moving images.
The acquired competencies represent the mastery and application of knowledge in the given field, based on the specific course description and aimed at fulfilling the graduate profile.
