Semester teaching in this course creates an inspiring complement to basic studio teaching representing the strong potential for the development of internationalization in the form of personal motivation leading to further professional communication and structured academic conversation in English and as an example of institutional development conditioned by cooperation with prominent artistic and pedagogical personalities from foreign universities. / art academies and experts from artistic practice. Foreign teachers are selected by the faculty on the basis of open call and their participation in the program is paid for either from the program of short-term contracts or through DPP. During the pedagogical semester stay, the invited expert is motivated to realize a work of art in the infrastructure of the faculty workshops and then to exhibit it in the House of Arts (DUÚL). In this way, students naturally meet mature artistic personalities, with whom they communicate both about their project and about the artistic realization and presentation of the artwork of the visiting teacher.
