The subject is aimed at the issue of material selection, which represents the final completion of the entire study in the materials engineering program - built on the comprehensive knowledge that students in this specialization acquired in previous semesters. A prerequisite for successful completion of this course is a very good knowledge of material sciences and especially the connections and relationships between individual materials, their production and processing technologies, or in relation to the resulting properties and internal structure.
