Course content
1. Production process, production system, innovation of production organism. 2. Structure of production process, basic types of production, material flow analysis. 3. Technical preparation of production, project preparation and its computer support. 4. Technological design, basics of designing the production of castings and welds. 5. Basics of designing forgings and stampings. 6. Basics of designing energy operations and transmission networks. 7. Capacity calculations, creation of production structures, design of technological places. 8. Methodology of designing production processes, semi-finished products, the influence of factors on the accuracy of production. 9. Calculation of economic influences when choosing the optimal variant. 10. Standardization, sorting and measurement of time consumption in production. 11. Design of production of component sets, preparation of semi-finished products, rotating and non-rotating components. 12. Basics of designing plants for the production of semi-finished products and energy. 13. Basics of design of production and assembly operations.

Learning outcomes
The course introduces the design, course and security of production processes and the support of their support, the visit of designers and managers an overview of the environment and the need for production and the possibility of alternative solutions. The basic goal is to get acquainted with the creators and organizations of production systems, understand their structure and search in the production process and knowledge of the basics of project work. 12. Basics of plant design for the production of semi-finished products and energy. 13. Basics of design of production and assembly operations.
Students will get acquainted with modern approaches to the field of workplace design. They will also have practical skills in terms of designing technological processes for the production of machine parts, designing energy operations, choice of materials, optimal tools and machines, determining technological and operational conditions, including verification of performance, capacity and economic calculations of production.
