Course content
1. Human resources management and its role in the company. 2. Personnel planning, job analysis. 3. Recruitment, recruitment, selection of employees. 4. Recruitment and orientation of employees, evaluation of employees. 5. Deployment, dismissal and retirement of workers. 6. Lifelong learning of workers, raising qualifications. 7. Remuneration of employees, wage policy, motivation. 8. Labor relations. 9. Care for workers. 10. Personnel information system.

Learning outcomes
In most industrialized countries, the personnel area is considered a key factor that largely affects the success of companies. Decisions regarding recruitment, job selection, remuneration and staff training are reflected not only in the company's immediate performance, but also in its future. The aim of the course is to understand the approaches and knowledge of methods needed to work with people and develop human potential in production organizations.
