The course provides a comprehensive view of technologies in the field of metal and plastic forming and their qualitative indicators. The aim of the course is to teach the theory and individual technologies of hot and cold forming, acquaintance with production processes of forming, knowledge of special methods of metal forming, plastic forming and independent ability to choose the method from economic and production point of view.
Students will gain an overview of hot and cold metal forming technologies. Students will learn to make responsible decisions about processes, use of technologies, organization and changes in production in the field of material forming.
