Learning outcomes
The changes in enterprise surroundings have increasing importance and so urge enterprises to change their products, their structure and their processes. The role of object of changes cannot ensure success for enterprise. The successful enterprise must be active, must create changes and by this way support own position on its surrounding. In the course students obtain knowledge about methodology of reengineering. Reengineering of enterprise processes make possible significantly redesign enterprise processes and by this way increase success of enterprise. The change is also the base of all innovations, which we must be able create and evaluate in enterprise. Value analysis is the methodology, which make possible control innovations. The methodology which support the way to new targets in enterprise is project management.
