1. The essence and tasks of financial management, tasks of financial management. 2. Sources and forms of financing. 3. Property and financial structure of the company. 4. Management and financing of current assets, cash flow management, liquidity. 5. Time factor for calculating the present value of SH, investment decisions, dynamic methods for evaluating the relative advantage of variants, the future value of cash flows. 6. Net present value of NSH cash flows, internal rate of return, VVP. 7. Economic risk and uncertainty. 8. Financial analysis, ratios, liquidity indicators, profitability, indebtedness, activity indicators. 9. Financial analysis - a comprehensive example. 10. Financial planning 11. Investment plans, principles of project preparation. 12. Supra-corporate forms of business. 13. Principles of using financial functions. .

The course is focused on the interpretation of basic concepts and their characteristics on the examples of financing a manufacturing company. It focuses on practical use in financial economic analysis and financial management of the company.
