Learning outcomes
The course contains an explanation of basic concepts of project management, including a typology of project risks. Students are introduced to the basic methods involved in the identification, analysis and management of risks. Graduates can use the knowledge gained by studying the subject in their business practice as a member of the project team, or as a middle or TOP management.
- The student gets acquainted with project management and its pitfalls. - The student will gain a basic overview of risk issues. - The student will acquire the skills needed for the application of the presented methods. - The student is able to identify, analyze and treat individual project risks.
