Course content
1. Human resources management and its role in the company. 2. Personnel planning, job analysis. 3. Recruitment, recruitment, selection of employees. 4. Recruitment and orientation of employees, evaluation of employees. 5. Deployment, dismissal and retirement of workers. 6. Lifelong learning of workers, raising qualifications. 7. Remuneration of employees, wage policy, motivation. 8. Labor relations, care for workers. 9. Personnel information system.

Learning outcomes
In industrial developed countries the personal management is generally considered a key factor that has significant influence on company success. The decisions about recruitment, the job choice, remuneration and personal training is being reflected on companies transitory performance as well as on its future. The aim of the subject is to understand and get knowledge of methods of personal work and manpower development in productional organizations.
