The course deals with the basic features of the Czech legal system with particular focusing on constitutional law as a fundamental of the system and private law as a law area that affects the conditions of life and bussiness. The course is aimed at the understanding of the fundamental notions and principles.
Student can describe the basic legal features of the Czech Republic.
