Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with basic personnel activities and processes in organizations. Emphasis is placed on understanding the importance of personnel management for achieving business goals and the competitiveness of the company / organization. Topics will be discussed with students in connection with current events followed by a discussion.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to orient themselves in the basics of HR, critically discuss and evaluate current topics.

1. The student must be actively involved in the discussion. Student activity will be continuously monitored and evaluated. max 10 p. (1 p./1 lesson) 2. Elaboration of a presentation on one of the selected topics focusing on current HR issues (see content). max 40 p. 3. Preparation of questions for a short discussion on a selected topic within a presentation. max 10 p. 4. Preparation of an extra contribution. max 25 p. 5. Post to the website (gnetproject.eu) about digital etiquette (netiquette) in the environment of companies/institutions. max 15 p. 6. Compulsory attendance (min. 75%) 75 points are required to pass the course.
