This course is designed for PhD students participating in an international mobility programme who are involved in teaching activities at the Faculty of Social and Economic Studies. The main aim of the course is to support the development of students? pedagogical competencies through practical teaching experience. During the course, students actively participate in teaching activities, including the preparation and delivery of selected classes or seminars. Emphasis is placed on the development of effective teaching skills, communication with students, and the application of appropriate teaching methods in higher education. An integral part of the course is continuous feedback and guidance provided by an assigned academic supervisor. Through reflective practice and supervisory feedback, students enhance their teaching abilities and gain practical experience in university-level instruction.
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to: - plan and deliver teaching activities at the university level, - apply appropriate teaching methods and didactic approaches in higher education, - reflect on their own teaching performance based on supervisory feedback, - develop and strengthen pedagogical and communication skills. |
