Learning outcomes
|
The course is dealing with major principles of the modern statehood, in theoretical reflection, political and legal philosophy as well as in the practice of the modern states and constitutional systems. The basic elements of the statehood, main forms of the modern state and their structures will be elaborated.
The student will acquire the following academic knowledge: - understand the concepts related to the modern concept of state and statehood - get oriented in the discussion about the current crisis of the statehood
