The aim of the course is to get students acquainted with the formation and development of the Czech party system in different historical periods, focusing on the period after 1989. The main focus of the course is to the analyze program orientations which are relevant to political entities, their position in the Czech political scene and cooperative-competitive interactions among them.
Student is able to understand the process of formation and development of the Czech party system, preparation of relevant political entities and cooperative-competitive interactions in Czech politics. |

At the exam the knowledge of the subject matter is expected. It should have been based on lectures and basic and recommended literature (studying at least one of book studies and two studies of academic political science journal). The exam will consist of basic questions related to the selected issue of subject matter and several shorter supplementary questions. |
