Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the educational programme "Specialized lecture and seminar - updating and modernization of teaching to history II" is to strengthen the practical element in teaching to history. The programme counts with significant and frequent overlaps into other educational branches. Students will get acquainted with interactive methods of teaching. Within the programme we will also systematically cooperate with a number of specialized institutions (Museum of the City of Usti nad Labem, National Monument Terezín, Research Institute of Education, primary and secondary schools, People in Need Foundation - project One World at Schools).
Students should get familiar with modern educational technologies, they should get skilled to work with modern multimedia teaching sources and use them for preparation and impelmentation of educational programmes

Introduction to Didactics of History, Didactics of History, Modern History (Czech, general), History Seminar.

Assessment methods and criteria

Presumed activities: 1. Presentation of archived videos ( they are continually added) implemented history lessons at primary schools, secondary grammar schools and secondary technical schools, their analysis and evaluation. 2. Active participation in lessons of history at primary schools, secondary grammar and technical schools 3. (Sitting in on a class, record, analysis and evaluation of a lesson by a teacher and students) 4. Independent implementation of the lesson or its part (preparation tutorials, its creation, implementation, analysis, evaluation); video of the lesson subsequently reviewed at the seminar) 5. creation of individual independent educational programme 6. (standard presentation - written or in power-point, CD, DVD recording)
