Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with a range of basic and supplementary archival sources (including those made available through publications) that provide information about the origin and construction development of historical buildings.
The student is familiar with available literature and archival sources and is able to conduct archival research for all types of settlements, localities or landscape units.

Assessment methods and criteria

Attendance. Exam - preparation of a written paper in which the student, while working on a given task, demonstrates the acquired knowledge and ability to independently navigate written sources applicable for architectural and historical research. During the oral exam, he/she demonstrates knowledge of written sources.
