Objectives: Students will learn about the role of Terezin ghetto in the context of history of Shoah Students will be able to use various sources of eyewitness´memories Students will become familiar with the advantages and limits of personal memories Students will analyze and compare selected witnesses from different angles
Students understand history and period context of existence of the Terezin ghetto. They are able to point out all the problems and influences in its development and direction. They have knowledge of basic academic literature covering this period. They demonstrate the ability of critical interpretation of preserved witnesses. They are able to present their acquired knowledge through texts and discuss about them. |
