Requirements relating in particular to the ongoing publishing activities of doctoral students and their ability to present the results of their research to the professional public, including the international research community. Students are required to report their publications to the OBD system and submit them in electronic form (scan) to the Science Department of the Faculty of Arts at UJEP. Within the individual study plan, this obligation is registered without a time limit, given the unpredictability of publication opportunities and the time required to publish the results. The obligation is considered fulfilled after the successful completion of the review process and acceptance of the text for publication. Confirmation of this fact is provided by the relevant editorial office, publishing house, or supervisor. In the interim reports on the fulfillment of the study plan, the results are reported in the structure according to Methodology 17+, which includes the following types of results: B, C, Jrec, Jimp, Jsc. Publication experience in the scope of at least two results (C or J - Jrec, Jimp, Jsc), one of which must be in a world language, is a mandatory requirement, especially for full-time students. Depending on the publication opportunities related to the topic of the dissertation, the supervisor may propose a different specific publication output scheme beyond the given minimum. |
