The doctoral student must document their role as an organizer or co-organizer of a professional workshop or conference by providing a confirmation from the main organizer (including the name, date, and venue of the conference, as well as a brief description of their activities) or a link to the conference website where they are explicitly named as an organizer or co-organizer. At the same time, the doctoral student submits a 2-3-page report to the DSP supervisor, in which they describe in detail the individual tasks and their experiences related to the organizational aspects of the event.
