Course content
|
The seminar enables to solve current problems connected with the writing of diploma thesis. The prerequisite for the seminar is the official assignment of the diploma thesis at the Department of German Studies (KGER).

Learning outcomes
|
In the framework of a seminar, students present basic theses and the aim of their work, the chosen methods and the planned structure of their diploma thesis before their colleagues in the classroom. The presentation is a stimulus for mutual discussion of the topic of their diploma thesis and problems related to its elaboration (e.g.access to sources and selection of literature, chosen procedure and structure of work, etc.).
Students - gain the ability to formulate hypotheses or theses of its diploma thesis and present its partial results, - is capable of critical reflection and argument-based discussion.
