Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to expand and deepen students' knowledge of Germanic linguistics with new perspectives on selected linguistic phenomena and linguistic disciplines that are relevant to the work of a German language teacher at high school, but are not a typical part of linguistic subjects at the bachelor's degree.
The student has insight into the relationship between the development of language and society. The student has an overview of specific features of the language of young adults. The student sees the functional connections between grammatical and lexical language means.
