The seminar is a preparation for the final state exam in Germanic linguistics and it has two aims. The first aim is to develop the ability to apply theoretical knowledge acquired during the study (including its bachelor's degree) in linguistic disciplines in a practical level, in the form of complex linguistic text analysis. The second aim is a preparation for the topics of the final state exam based on reading the recommended secondary literature. Interlingual and intercultural aspects of the topics are accentuated.
The student is able to apply theoretical knowledge from linguistic disciplines completed during the study (including the bachelor's degree) to the analysis of the text.
